As a mom of three, I completely understand that life can be unpredictable. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I just ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice. If it’s less than 24 hours or if you don’t show up for your appointment, there will be a fee added to your profile. The fee is 20% of the service you had booked. That fee will need to be paid before you can book your next appointment. For example, if you were scheduled for The Partial Foil and a Haircut totaling $145, the cancellation fee would be $29. I fully understand that life happens, like illness, last-minute childcare issues, or other unexpected stuff can pop up. I really value open and honest, communication, and I’m always happy to work with you when those situations come up. Just reach out as soon as you can so we can figure it out together.
